    Join us for the 13th annual WomEn's Leadership Forum. The WomEn's Leadership Forum was created for women to hone their leadership skills. This event will Engage, Educate, and Empower professionals of all levels. The conference features female speakers and panelists, who share their stories, advice, and help to empower their peers.

     

    BREAKING OUT OF BOUNDARIES 
    Our 2024 Forum theme is Breaking Out of Boundaries. Join us for an empowering event where women from diverse backgrounds gather to shatter stereotypes, challenge societal norms, and redefine their limitless potential. This conference is a celebration of resilience, innovation, and the collective strength that arises when women break free from limitations. Be inspired, connect with like-minded trailblazers, and embark on a journey of self-discovery as we collectively break through boundaries and pave the way for a future of boundless possibilities.

    Elizabeth Ries
    Elizabeth Ries is a television and radio personality in the Twin Cities. She spent years as a news anchor/reporter, but is now the co-host of Twin Cities Live weekdays at 3 pm on 5 Eyewitness News (KSTP). She chats about pop culture, celebrity gossip and manages to get a few pro-kale statements on the air when she co-hosts the Margery & Elizabeth show on myTalk 107.1. Elizabeth also frequently contributes articles on food and urban farming to Edible Twin Cities magazine.

    Dr. Cindra Kamphoff
    A certified mental performance coach and consultant with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology who also comes armed with a PhD and Masters in Sport and Performance Psychology, Cindra has worked along side The Minnesota Vikings, USA Track & Field and several Fortune 100 and 500 companies throughout her career. She’s the author of the Amazon Best Seller, Beyond Grit, an award winning speaker and host of the top-rated High Performance Mindset Podcast which has over 2 million+ downloads in more than 120 countries worldwide. 
     
    As the CEO of Mentally Strong Institute™, Cindra Kamphoff leads the institute in its mission to empower entrepreneurs, business and educational leaders, and athletes to reach professional heights higher and faster than previously thought possible. She’s also a wife and mother who leads by example, proving just what is possible when you put your mind to it. As impressive as her list of accomplishments can be, they are often overshadowed by her powerful story of grit, determination, perseverance and success.

    Colette Campbell
    Bremer Bank

    Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Bremer Bank, Colette Campbell is responsible for strategically directing and executing tactics to advance Bremer’s inclusive, equitable and diverse workforce. She plays a crucial part in Bremer’s progress on its racial equity action plan. Prior to joining Bremer, Campbell served as faculty in the disciplines of Business, Human Resources and Human Development, as well as provided coaching, training, and consulting services through her own business for several years. Campbell holds degrees in religious studies and counseling, as well as management, leadership and human development. She was raised in Canada by Jamaican-born parents and has lived and/or taught on almost every continent in the world, providing her with a rich world perspective. 

    Jill Pavlak
    Urban Growler Brewing Company
    Jill Pavlak is Co-Head Honcho at Urban Growler. She and partner Deb opened Minnesota’s first women-owned and lgbtq+ owned microbrewery in August 2014. Pavlak handles marketing, sales and taproom operations. She’s the partner who’s always driving forward, ready to make the leap. Jill graduated with a degree in Speech Communications and Psychology. Prior to Urban Growler she owned two other successful businesses.
     
     
     
     
     
     
    Maya Santamaria
    La Raza Radio
    Business owner, author, performing artist, scholar, community leader and concert producer, Maya Santamaria has built a burgeoning media/event empire focused on the Twin Cities Latino community. The owner of seven businesses, Santamaria is a local Latina media Mogul, as the only Latino to own their own Broadcasting signals; La Raza Radio and Telemundo Minnesota, which has brought original programming and the only Local News in Spanish to both radio and Television audiences in Minnesota. She also books the hottest artists from Latin America to perform at her restaurant/nightclub El Nuevo Rodeo and produces major Latino outdoor Music Festivals and events, bringing thousands of Latinos together for the biggest and most important events in the Latino community in the State. In addition to being one of the area’s most prominent Hispanic business owners, Maya serves on various Boards, including Meet Minneapolis, previously on The Super Bowl Advisory Board, and is a Mother to two children, Citlali and Nicolas. 
     
     
    Tanya Dreesen
    Minnesota Vikings
    Tanya Dreesen is the VP of Partnership Activation & Special Projects at the Minnesota Vikings. As the head of a team that works with the Vikings’ corporate partners to fulfill the execution of their sponsorship deals, she was part of the team that helped secure the bid for the Super Bowl, bringing the football championship the furthest north it’s ever been. Tanya has over 25 years of experience in media and marketing, having previously worked as a media consultant, VP of marketing, and director of major accounts for newspapers in the US and Canada. Tanya began their career as a manager of special projects for the Toronto Sun in 1992.
