Join us for the 11th annual WomEn’s Leadership Forum, where this year’s theme is Charting Your Course. The WomEn’s Leadership Forum was created for women to hone their leadership skills. This event will engage, educate, and empower professionals of all levels. The conference features female speakers and panelists, who share their stories, advice, and help to empower their peers.

Keynote Interview
Courtney Godfrey
Courtney Godfrey is a local TV reporter in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While her job is fun and fulfilling, Courtney’s biggest accomplishments stem from her advocacy and charitable work. After suffering a life altering injury in 2017, Godfrey has used her platform as a local TV reporter to spread a message of hope and perseverance. In 2021, she took a huge leap of faith by pursuing a career in competitive snowboarding – landing her on the world stage. Her story of resilience will have you both laughing and crying, all while challenging you to shift your perspective.

Emcee & Moderator - Roshini Rajkumar

The DCR Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the return of Roshini Rajkumar as our emcee and moderator for the 11th Annual WomEn's Leadership Forum.
Roshini is a C-suite strategist and crisis coach, media analyst, multimedia content creator, and professional speaker.
A licensed attorney and former TV reporter, Roshini is called upon by media across the US for commentary about crisis management, political strategy, leadership, and PR blunders. She has conducted thousands of interviews during 25 years in broadcasting. Roshini is a legal analyst for Court TV; a political analyst for WJR Detroit and KNUS Denver; and a crisis analyst for Minnesota Live on KSTP-TV in Minneapolis. From 2012-2021, she hosted REAL Talk with Roshini Sundays on WCCO Radio.
Her book, Communicate That!, is in its third edition.
This signature event raises funds for the DCR Chamber's Charitable Foundation, supporting our community initiatives, scholarship program, and non-profit partners.
