About Us

The Trinity Senior Campus was established in 1967. We are a non-profit senior campus, serving the elderly for over 50 years. We are very supported by this community and the surrounding area. Trinity is comprised of a 70-bed skilled care center (Trinity Care Center), a 54-unit assisted living/independent facility (Trinity Terrace), and a 10-bed specialized memory care (Trinity Suites). We also have Big Stone Therapies in building that serves our residents on campus and they also offer rehab to the community. The State of Minnesota ranked Trinity #2 in 2022 out of 342 other facilities!
