LuAnn Paulet founded Insurance by Design in 2007 after 25 years in the Insurance Industry.  Originally from Iowa and after graduating from the University of Iowa, moved to MN in 1981.  Our mission at IBD is to provide the customer service our clients deserve but often don't find in the marketplace.  We are available 24/7 for claims and emergencies and are dog friendly with 3 mascots in the office most days waiting to great our visitors.
