About the Program

Leadership Academy is about going deeper into leadership development. It is a customized program built on investing in leaders with a leadership curriculum rooted in application and results. We know the stronger our leaders, the stronger our businesses and community. This program promises to equip leaders in a meaningful way.

This program is in partnership with the Shakopee Chamber of Commerce. There are eight half-day sessions running monthly from May through November. The Leadership Academy provides tools to equip you as you expand and grow within your organization and career.
