Minnesota Business Day at the Capitol

Participate in the largest business lobbying day in Minnesota by joining with hundreds of business leaders from across the state on March 10 as part of the 17th annual Minnesota Business Day at the Capitol. Take advantage of this opportunity for business leaders, speaking with one voice, to collectively and effectively advance the interests of business at the State Capitol.

Minnesota Business Day at the Capitol provides all sizes and types of Minnesota companies the opportunity to see the Legislature in action and to influence public policy decisions. Seize this chance to personally share your concerns on major priorities such as health care quality and affordability, state taxes and transportation funding. Progess on these critical issues will help ensure that Minnesota continues to thrive in a competitive business environment.

DCR Chamber will participate in Session 1. Each session includes a kickoff breakfast and continues with a briefing on the business community's top legislative issues. Then you'll participate in individual appointments with lawmakers at the Capitol. All participants come together for a special luncheon program which traditionally includes an address from the Governor.  It has been arranged for a Dakota County Legislators Meet & Greet with all Dakota County legislators invited.  Transportation to the Capitol is provided and all background meeting materials and meals are supplied with your registration.   There are two sessions offered to accommodate schedules.
